“ We rented their taco truck for a celebration of life at our home last summer- (sorry this review is so late!!) everything was perfect. They showed up right on time and got set up. Everyone raved about the food! It was so good. We still eat there very regularly and it's always delicious. ”

“ This is one of our staple dinners after our Taekwondo class. It's on our way home, so it's very convenient. But that's not why we come here. The food is just really good!!! The truck is next to the convenience store and you can pull into the convenience store parking stall. You place your order at the window and there is an awning just in case it is raining. They will give you a little beeper to let you know when your food is ready. So when it's raining we'll usually put in our order and wait in the car. My son always gets the chicken quesadilla, I get the street tacos (one with chicken and one with beef), and my husband gets the Birria Ramen combo. The combo has a Ramen bowl, 2 birria tacos, and a Horchata drink. The horchata is a rice milk drink that tastes like it has nutmeg or cinnamon in it. It's sweet and refreshing . I LOVE it! I keep telling my husband to get me my own, but he always gets only one to share. We love supporting small businesses like this, especially when they work so hard and do a wonderful job. The owner son told me today that they will be opening up a second food truck sometime in the future and to follow them on social media for more updates ! “ Wow, Better than I remembered!! Came here for some quick lunch takeaway and ordered a birria quesadilla and chicken quesadilla. Both were super good but the birria definitely stood out, today! I love supporting this place and the staff are always nice. The salsa is not as spicy as I was expecting, so maybe it's tamed down since my last visit- ha! I forgot how much variety their menu has and I plan to stop by here more often. ”

In addition to serving foods from different cultural backgrounds, they are the only food truck in the area that serves Birria. Birria is a delicious Mexican beef stew, which I highly recommend trying here! The beef is tender and the stew is full of flavor. I also recommend getting their chips & salsa, the tortilla chips are some of the best I've had - fresh & crispy. I didn't get a chance to try their Japanese or Hawaiian dishes, but I'll definitely try it next time I come here! If you are in Kirkland, stop by this unique food truck.
